Austin Rattler Run
The Austin Rattler Run is a trail running event at Reveille Peak Ranch in Burnet, Texas, held on Sunday, November 15, 2026. The event offers three distances over singletrack and fire roads:
- 10M
- 20M
- 50K
Registration fees are listed by distance, with a youth discount of $30 for entrants under 18. Minimum ages to register are specified by distance: 12 for the 10-mile run, 14 for the 20-mile run, and 16 for the 50K run.
Aid stations are located approximately every 10 miles near the start/finish area and bag drop. Ten-mile runners must carry their own nutrition; 20-mile runners pass the aid station once; 50K runners pass twice. On-course offerings include hydration, energy gels, stroopwafels, Bobo’s bars, chips, and candy. Finish-line snacks and hydration are also provided.
A neutral bag drop is available at the start/finish aid station; all supplies must be in a bag brought by the athlete. Course cutoffs apply: runners must start their final lap by 1:00 pm and complete the full course by 4:00 pm to qualify for the Life Time Leadville Trail 100 RUN. Wheelchair participation is not permitted for safety reasons.
The 50K serves as a qualifier for the Life Time Leadville Trail 100 Run; qualifier coins are awarded to finishers based on performance and a post-awards lottery, and winners must be present at awards to claim a slot. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
