Pre-entry is required; entry on the day is not available. The pre-entry fee is £14.00 and entries are limited to 450 competitors. New for 2026: chip timing will be used. All finishers receive a bottle of Daleside beer. Coffee and biscuits are provided. Recorded best times on the course are 00:38:57 for the male record (2008) and 00:46:33 for the female record (2010).
