ATW Remembrance Runs : Debden Airfield, Essex
The ATW Remembrance Runs take place on the flat concrete grounds of the disused World War 2 airfield at Debden Airfield, Carver Barracks, Wimbish, Saffron Walden CB10 2YA. Races are traffic-free and use wide, flat surfaces suitable for steady pacing and fast times. The event is held on Remembrance weekend in November and supports The Felix Fund; opportunities to donate and fundraise for Alzheimer’s Research UK appear at checkout.

Participants can expect music on the course, custom-designed medals, free event photos, finish line snacks and post-race goodies. Children under eight years must have their own ticket and be accompanied by a paying adult. Ample parking is available at the venue for a £3 charge. Entry prices range from £14 to £41 depending on distance.
ATW’s entry policy does not offer refunds or transfers to another person but allows transfers to any future ATW event without proof; transfers can be made up to 48 hours before the original event date.
