ATHX LIVERPOOL 2026 takes place on 03 to 04 Oct 2026 at Exhibition Centre Liverpool in the United Kingdom. The event offers three competition categories : ATHX, ATHX Pro, and ATHX Lite : and accepts both individual and pairs entries. Pairings include male, female, and mixed teams.
The competition is a 2.5 hour continuous fitness format conducted across six distinct zones with one set challenge designed to test multiple aspects of fitness. Zones on the competition floor include the Warm Up Zone for mobilisation and activation; the Strength Zone for lifting and strength work; the Refuel Zone for rehydration and recovery; the Endurance Zone for sustained high output work; the Recovery Zone featuring recovery technology; and the MetCon X Zone for functional fitness work on the Comp Floor.
Entry options list an individual fee of £93.50 and a pairs fee of £187.00. Spectator tickets are available and volunteers can register to assist on the day.
The venue address is Kings Dock, Liverpool Waterfront, Liverpool, L3 4FP. By car the centre is less than 20 minutes from the UK motorway network and adjacent to Liverpool’s main through road. By train it is a short taxi or bus ride from Liverpool Lime Street Station. Many bus routes serve the Liverpool ONE bus station, about a five minute walk from the venue.
