ATHX GLASGOW 2026

ATHX GLASGOW 2026 takes place on 20 and 21 June 2026 at the Scottish Event Campus in Glasgow, United Kingdom. The event runs as a timed, continuous fitness competition designed around a single set of challenges.

The six zones are described as follows. Warm-Up Zone provides space to mobilise and activate before competition. Strength Zone focuses on lifting and maximal strength tasks. Refuel Zone is for recovery and rehydration between efforts. Endurance Zone features sustained, high output work to test stamina. Recovery Zone offers recovery technologies to help athletes reset. MetCon X Zone delivers functional metabolic conditioning on the competition floor.

Event categories include ATHX, ATHX Pro, and ATHX Lite. Entries are available for Individual and Pairs formats, with pairings listed as male, female, and mixed. Official entry fees noted are Individual £93.50 and Pairs £187.00. Spectator tickets and opportunities to volunteer on the day are available. The venue is accessible by car, train, and coach; a Glasgow City Centre Low Emission Zone may apply to vehicles entering the city centre.
