Asphalt Jackal Marathon
The Asphalt Jackal Marathon is scheduled for June 15, 2026, at Pinson Mounds State Park near Jackson, TN, at 460 Ozier Rd. This event is part of a series of five marathons held on consecutive days and is the third race in that sequence.
The course uses a paved trail that measures 2.9 miles per loop. The marathon distance is covered by running this loop nine times. The event includes both a full marathon and a half marathon. The trail passes through shaded sections and sections that are exposed to direct sun; roughly half the course is shaded while the other half is exposed.
This edition marks the 13th year for the Asphalt Jackal Marathon at Pinson Mounds and the 13th year of the Jackal Marathons series. Registration for the event closes on June 14, 2026.
