Ashford & District 10K
The Pacific Ashford 10k is a historic road running event in Kent, organized by the Ashford & District Road Running Club. Now in its 35th edition, the race follows a route through the country lanes surrounding Westwell. The event is open to participants aged 15 and over and caters to runners of various abilities.
The course is set on tarmac and features an undulating profile through the local countryside. The start line is located on Sandyhurst Lane, which is approximately a five-minute walk from the race headquarters and parking area.

Participants receive a bespoke medal upon completion of the course. The event offers cash prizes for the first three leading runners, with awards of £75, £50, and £25 respectively. Additionally, winners of the age categories receive a bottle of wine.
Facilities at the race headquarters, located at The Towers School, include free parking for all registered entrants. Cake and refreshments are available on-site. The event functions as a fundraiser for Pilgrims Hospices, a charity providing care for individuals with incurable illnesses in East Kent. The race is sponsored by Pacific Fire & Security.
