Arrowhead Obstacle Trail Run
Arrowhead Obstacle Trail Run is held at Arrowhead Park near Neola, Iowa on September 19, 2026. The event offers trail courses with constructed obstacles and an option to run the trails without attempting the obstacles.
Distances offered include:
- 5K course with 15 or more obstacles.
- 1 mile Kid's Obstacle Trail Run with 10 or more obstacles.
There are separate competitive and open waves for the 5K. Competitive runners must complete all obstacles to be eligible for top 10 finisher medals in male and female divisions. Obstacles in the 1 mile and the 5K open wave are optional. Registration and a signed waiver are required for anyone on the course for insurance purposes.
Registration includes park entrance, free parking, and free event photos made available after the run on social platforms and RunSignup. Pricing details vary by registration period; day of event registration is higher and accepts cash only. An event T shirt is available for purchase during registration for a fee and has a pre order deadline of September 9.
