About the race
Around The Lake Give 'R Take 30 is a trail running event around Cultus Lake near Lindell Beach, British Columbia. Participants choose between a 30 km solo race or a 30 km relay (two runners with legs of roughly 17 km and 13 km). The largely forested course traces scenic lake surroundings, with some shorter stretches on roads and beach paths.
The event also offers a 1.5 km Kids Race for ages 5–11, emphasizing a family-friendly atmosphere.
