Around The Lake Give 'R Take 30
The event takes place around Cultus Lake in Chilliwack, British Columbia. The course uses mostly forested trails with shorter sections on roadside and beachside paths. A course map and elevation chart are available.
Distances offered:
- 30 km solo
- 30 km relay for two people, split into 17 km and 13 km
- 1.5 km kids race for ages 5 to 11
Registration fees are listed in Canadian dollars and include a Race Roster processing fee; taxes may apply. Published fees include CA$104.06 for the 30 km solo, CA$227.50 for the relay captain, free for the relay team member, and CA$12.82 for the kids race.
Key policies: all race fees are non refundable; optional refund protection is available during registration. Transfers of registration between runners are permitted up to two weeks before the event; transfers between relay and solo entries are not permitted. There are no race day registrations and no waitlist. Garment size changes after August 31 are subject to availability; no transfers after October 3.
