Army Birthday 6.14k
The Army Birthday 6.14k is scheduled for June 6, 2026. The event is organized by The Army Historical Foundation with race services provided by Bishop Events LLC and marks the second annual running of the race.
The route begins and ends at the National Museum of the United States Army in Fort Belvoir, VA, and uses the multi-purpose path along the Fairfax County Parkway. The event commemorates the United States Army and the 82nd Anniversary of D-Day and features specially themed shirts and medals.
After the race, participants may attend light yoga and stretching sessions led by an instructor from Joanna Barrett Yoga & Wellness and may visit museum exhibits, including the exhibit Call to Arms: The Soldier and The American Revolution, which displays items from the original 13 colonies as well as England, France, and Canada.
Registration options include an in-person 6.14K and virtual participation choices with and without a medal or shirt. Walkers and strollers are welcome.
