Event Information
The Arlington Education Foundation 5K takes place on May 17, 2026, in Arlington, Massachusetts. The event starts and finishes at Hill's Hill Field behind the Ed Burns Hockey Rink at 422 Summer Street.
The 5K course begins on the field, heads east on the Minuteman Bikeway to Water Street, turns right onto Massachusetts Avenue, then right onto Lowell Street. It proceeds onto Mill Lane (which becomes Frazer Lane) to return to the Minuteman Bike Path and back to the finish.
Registration is open to all ages. Early bird pricing is $35 per entrant until April 1, after which the fee increases to $45. Personalized bibs are provided for registrations by April 15th. There will be no race day registration. T-shirts are provided for participants 14 years old and younger. Awards are given at 9:00 a.m.
Proceeds support the Arlington Education Foundation (AEF), a 501(c)(3) organization. Funds are used for innovative projects and system-wide initiatives that enhance the educational experience in Arlington’s Public Schools. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
