The Arise-N-Run 5K Run & 2 Mile Walk takes place on April 4, 2026 in Corpus Christi, Texas. The course runs along Ocean Drive and offers bay views. The event is organized by First Baptist Church and has been hosted by the church since 2004.

Logistics

Parking is available at First Baptist Church (3115 Ocean Drive). Packet pick-up is available at the First Baptist Recreation Center (behind the church) on Thursday, April 2, 5:30–7:30 PM, and Friday, April 3, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. Late registration is available at packet pick-up. Dri Fit T-shirts are guaranteed for all pre-registered participants; shirts are not guaranteed for registrations after March 13, 2026.

Awards and extras

Awards include overall male and female winners and top three male and female finishers in each age group. Age group divisions for runners (male and female) are: 8 & under; 9-10; 11-12; 13-14; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70 & over. A post-run awards presentation will include several door prizes; recipients must be present to win. The event had an average review rating of 4.3 based on two reviews.
