Event

The 4th Annual Arise and Run is a community running event held on February 28, 2026, at Walsingham Park, 12615 102nd Avenue, Largo, FL 33778. The event includes a 5K and a 1 Mile Fun Run and is organized to support a group of local non-profits in Pinellas County that work to provide safe housing, support, and hope for vulnerable men, women, and children.

1 Mile Fun Run

The 5K begins with a confetti canon start and uses chip timing provided by Florida Race Day with live results. Awards will be given to the fastest runners by age and gender. Registrants who register before January 24 will receive a race shirt; late registrants are not guaranteed a shirt. Packet pick up is scheduled for February 27 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at a location to be determined. A course map is available as a downloadable PDF and a MapMyRun route is provided for reference.
