ARC Irene Trail Run/Walk : Centurion, Gauteng
The event is a trail run and walk held at the Irene Athletics Clubhouse inside the ARC Irene grounds on Nelmapius Drive, Centurion. Entry options cover multiple trail distances with online and on-the-day pricing and concessions for children under 13 and adults over 60.
Available distances and standard online fees:
- 21 km : R 170
- 15 km : R 150
- 10 km : R 130
- 5 km : R 110
- 3 km : R 80
On-the-day entries incur an additional R 30 for standard entrants; children under 13 and adults over 60 pay R 80 and are not charged the on-the-day surcharge for their eligible classes. Race numbers are issued on the morning of the event at registration; there is no requirement to collect numbers the day before.
Routes are waymarked. Trail routes are full-distance with no loops; the road option uses internal roads within the ARC Irene property and does not extend onto public roads. Water tables are provided on all routes. Amenities at the venue include a clubhouse offering coffee, drinks and snacks, plus parking and venue entry.
A finisher medal is included with entry. Participants may choose to donate the cost of their medal to the Make a Difference Campaign; donations are collected and directed to an animal shelter at year end. No race licence is required.
