Arbor Springs 5K
The Arbor Springs 5K is the second annual neighborhood run and walk held on August 8, 2026, at Arbor Springs Plantation in Newnan, Georgia. The event distance is 5K (3.13 miles) and it begins and ends at the neighborhood tennis court near 250 Arbor Springs Plantation Drive.
Registration opens June 1, 2026 and closes August 8, 2026. Registration is free for Arbor Springs Plantation residents; a $10 registration fee applies to non-residents.
The course follows neighborhood streets and paths. Participants proceed from the tennis court onto Arbor Springs Plantation Drive, turn onto Arbor Springs North Drive, then onto Primrose Pass to the cul-de-sac and continue along the golf cart path. The route returns to Arbor Springs Plantation Drive toward the neighborhood playground, where there is a turnaround and a final loop back to the tennis court.
A hydration station sponsored by Pure Barre Arbor Springs will be located at the neighborhood playground near the second mile. Medical support is provided by Acorn to Oak Health and will be available at the neighborhood activity room.
Road closures and parking restrictions affect the immediate area during the event. Roads noted for single lane operation or closure include Arbor Springs Parkway, Arbor Springs Plantation Drive, Arbor Springs North Drive, and Primrose Pass. Street parking within the closure area is not permitted and authorities may tow vehicles if necessary for safety. Parking at the tennis court is limited; walking or golf cart access is an option and off-course street parking is available east of the tennis court on Arbor Springs Plantation Drive.
