APTA MN Move & Groove 5K
APTA MN Move & Groove Physical Therapy 5K is scheduled for Sunday, September 20, 2026, at Long Lake Regional Park in New Brighton, Minnesota. The event program includes a kids fun run and a 5K road race. A physical therapist leads a warm up before the main event.
