Antioch Rotary Club Bunny Hop 5K
The 10th Antioch Rotary Club Bunny Hop 5K takes place on April 4, 2026 at Antioch Marina, 5 Marina Paza, Antioch, CA 94509. The event includes the following distances and activities:
- 5K Run/Walk/Hop
- Bunny Hop Kid's Kwik Dash
The 5K course is entirely within Corteva Wetlands Preserve and uses mostly gravel and grass paths. The Start Line is about three quarters of a mile from the Antioch Marina festival and parking area, which requires an estimated 20 to 30 minute nature walk to reach.
Timing is electronic using an E Tag attached to the back of the race bib. All finishers receive a BunnyHop 5K medal. First place overall in men and women receive a plaque and a gift card. Age group medals go to the top three in each age division: 9 and under, 10 to 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and up. The awards ceremony follows the kids dash and Easter egg hunt.
Packet pickup is available at Fleet Feet Sports in Brentwood the day before the event and there is an additional same day pickup on race morning. There will be no bag drop. Dogs are not advised. The event proceeds support local high school scholarships and the Rotary Club of Antioch is a long standing local nonprofit volunteer organization. The event runs rain or shine.
