Antioch Rotary Club Bunny Hop 5K
The Antioch Rotary Club Bunny Hop is scheduled for March 27, 2027 at Antioch Community Park, 801 James Donlon Boulevard, Antioch, CA.
Distances
- 5K Run/Walk/Hop timed event fee $35
- Bunny Hop Kid's Kwik Dash (50 yards) free for children 5 and under
The 5K is a timed event using an E-Tag attached to the race bib; timing is provided by Ford Timing. The course begins at Antioch Community Park on James Donlon Boulevard and follows a mix of concrete and asphalt paths plus grass and gravel. Because of the varied terrain, strollers and wagons are not recommended. Animals are not permitted. The event will proceed rain or shine.
Packet pick-up is available at Fleet Feet Sports in Brentwood the day before the race, and there will be same-day packet pick-up near the start area. A designated representative may collect a bib and goody bag if they present a copy of the registrant's photo ID.
All finishers receive a BunnyHop 5K medal. First place overall in men and women receive a plaque and a $100 gift card. Age group medals go to the top three in these groups: 9 and under, 10–14, 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, and 70 and up. The awards ceremony will take place after the kids dash and the Easter egg hunt.
The Kid's Kwik Dash reserves twenty spots for children five and younger; registering a child before March 20, 2027 secures a custom race bib. A free pancake breakfast will be provided courtesy of the Rotary Club of The Delta. Proceeds support local high school scholarships and Stunt/Cheer and Band/Music programs administered by the Rotary Club of Antioch, a nonprofit volunteer civic organization active for over 75 years.
