Antigo Tater Trot
The Antigo Tater Trot is a long-standing, professionally timed fundraising run and walk held each year on the second Saturday of August in Antigo, Wisconsin. The event is family friendly and attracts participants of all ages, from young children to adults in their eighties. The 2026 edition is the 46th annual event.
Race proceeds support local cross country teams and other youth organizations in the Antigo area. Since inception, the event has distributed more than $120,000 to schools, athletic teams, and community groups.
Race formats include both in-person and virtual participation. There are different courses for each race type, and official race results and event photos are published after the event. The 2026 Tater Trot is presented by CoVantage Credit Union and Volm Companies, with additional support from a group of local sponsors.
