Annapolis Royal 5K
The Annapolis Royal 5K takes place on Sunday, July 12, 2026 in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia. The start and finish are at the wharf at the intersection of Drury Lane and St. George Street. Race-day expo and bib pickup are held at the Annapolis Farmer's Market.
The course is Athletics Canada certified. The route follows downtown streets: north on St. George Street, right onto Chapel Street, right onto St. Anthony Street, left onto St. George Street, left onto Grange Street, right onto Ritchie, onto Champlain, right onto St. Patrick's Lane, a short out-and-back on St. George Street, then west on St. George Street to Fort Anne, through the Fort grounds, and back to the wharf.
The event is part of Run Nova Scotia's Run Series and the Run NS Performance Series. Run NS members receive a discount by entering their Run NS member number. Timing and race services are provided by Atlantic Chip. The course will remain open for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Registration is open with a limited number of spots remaining. Organizers note fee transparency and state that fees have not increased. Age group and open prizes will be awarded, and food and music will be available. Dogs are not permitted on the course except for service dogs.
