Trinity Health Probility Ann Arbor Marathon : October 3–4, 2026
The event takes place in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with most distance events starting at 209 S Ashley St in downtown Ann Arbor. Courses run through downtown and the University of Michigan campus and include stretches along the Huron River, Gallup Park, and Nichols Arboretum before returning to campus and finishing in downtown Ann Arbor. The marathon course is USATF certified and serves as a qualifier for the Boston and New York marathons.
A variety of in-person and virtual options are offered across weekend dates. Distances and formats include:
- Marathon (26.2 miles)
- Marathon Relay (26.2 miles) women, men, mixed, 50+ categories
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- Half-Marathon Walk (13.1 miles) walkers only, 30-minute-per-mile pace requirement
- 10K (6.2 miles)
- 5K (3.1 miles)
- Kids Run Half Mile (0.5 miles) 10 and under
- Kids Run .262 (0.262 miles) 8 and under
- Virtual Marathon, Half, 10K, and 5K
The event has an organized charity component. In partnership with the Rotary Club of Ann Arbor, all fundraising efforts are committed to organizations that support mental health and to activities that reduce stigma associated with mental illness.
