The Trinity Health Probility Ann Arbor Marathon is a multi-event weekend held in Ann Arbor, Michigan, supporting local mental health charities through the "E-Race the Stigma" campaign. The event offers both in-person and virtual race options for adults and children and includes competitive and noncompetitive divisions.

All distance events start in downtown Ann Arbor at 209 S Ashley St. Course routing passes through downtown streets and the University of Michigan campus, with stretches along the Huron River, Gallup Park, and through Nichols Arboretum before returning to campus and a downtown finish. The Ann Arbor Marathon course is USATF certified and serves as a qualifier.
