Overview
The Angry Cow Trail Run #4 Vets Run takes place on November 7, 2026, at Indian Cave State Park, 65296 720 Road. It is the fourth event in the Angry Cow Series. Registration closes on October 23. Check-in is at Area #1 Shelter.

Fees include a long sleeve shirt, gloves, snacks, drinks, and a medal. Veterans and active duty military may race free with an ID or DD-214 and a shirt size.
Course
The course leaves north from the shelter and follows the Northeast Trail #3, then connects to 3A, continues on sections labeled 6-7, and returns to the start. The route passes into the area described as the old town. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
