Angry Cow Trail Run Vets Run #4
The event is the fourth race in the Angry Cow series, held on November 7, 2026, at Indian Cave State Park, 65296 720 Road, Shubert. It offers multiple trail race distances and a separate rucker category.
Registration opens December 12, 2025, and closes October 23, 2026. Registration fees vary by distance; listed amounts in the event materials range up to $55. Fees include a long sleeve shirt, snacks, and drinks. Medals are awarded to the top three finishers in each distance, and a top three is also recognized among ruckers. Veterans and active duty military are eligible for free entry with an ID or DD-214 and a shirt size.
The course departs north from the shelter, continues to Northeast Trail number 3, then connects to Trail 3A, follows Trails 6 and 7, and returns. The route passes into the old town area near the park. Ruckers are asked to register under the distance they will complete and check in as ruckers so they are recorded separately.
