About the race
Angry Cow Trail Run #3 is scheduled for October 10, 2026 at Branched Oak Lake near Raymond, Nebraska. The event base is Area 14 on the south side of the dam in the parking lot, near the intersection of Raymond Road and NW Crounse Road. Check-in takes place at the Area 14 shelter.

- 8 miles, $35.00
- 12 miles, $45.00
Registration opens December 12, 2025 and closes September 25, 2026. The course is a 4 mile out-and-back from the Area 14 shelter on trails; other distances use the same out-and-back course. The 4 mile event is described as a night run and notes that headlamps are required.
Ruckers should register for the distance they will complete and identify themselves at check-in; ruckers begin 15 minutes before the runners. Event fees include shirts, medals for the top three in all divisions, snacks, and drinks. This race is the third event in the trail run series.
