Bohemian Alps Endurance Runs - Brainard, Nebraska
Held October 24, 2026, in Brainard, Nebraska, the Bohemian Alps Endurance Runs include a half marathon, a 4 mile run, and a kids mile. All races start and finish at 213 Madison Street in downtown Brainard.
The Half Marathon, the 43rd annual, is a scenic, hilly loop primarily on gravel and dirt roads and also includes one mile of bike trail, two miles of off road cross country, and one mile of pavement. Water stops are provided every 3 to 4 miles. The 4 Mile Run follows scenic, hilly gravel and dirt roads with one mile of pavement. The Kids Mile is a one mile pavement course.
T shirts are provided to all entrants. Medals are awarded to finishers of the half marathon and the 4 mile run; ribbons are given to kids. A post race barbecue is offered for entrants of the adult races and popsicles follow the kids mile. Showers are available. Entry fees listed are $70 for the half marathon, $60 for the 4 mile, and $25 for the kids mile. Race day registration is welcome and registration closes Sat, Oct 24 at 11:59PM CT.
