Event overview

The Angmering Bluebell Trail Runs take place on 26 April 2026 at Angmering Park Estate, Patching, West Sussex. The event is organised by Raw Energy Pursuits and is the 22nd edition. Two main distances are offered:

  • 16.09 km (10 mile)
  • 10 km

Canicross runners are permitted; they must register for the Canicross distance with an additional supplement and have a separate start.

Course, timing and facilities

Both routes run in a clockwise direction through the estate and share the same route for the first 6 km. The 10-mile route then continues onto private tracks toward the South Downs before returning via Windy Ridge and The View. The 10 km route continues on the Monarchs Way through the bluebell woods. There is a cut-off checkpoint at 6 km for the 10-mile race.

The event is timed using the ST App Service; there will be no chip timing. Water stations are provided: two on the 10-mile course (at approximately 3.8 miles and 5.8 miles) and one on the 10 km course (around 6 km). Parking and event toilets are available on site. Race numbers and event information are posted to the address registered with the organiser the week before the event. Finish facilities are at The Fox public house, which overlooks the surrounding area. Free race photographs are provided by Sussex Sport Photography. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
