Event overview

The Anglesey Trail Half Marathon & 10K is a trail running event organised by Always Aim High Events. It takes place on 1 November 2026 at Newborough Forest and Ynys Llanddwyn (Llanddwyn Beach) near Llanfairpwllgwyngyll, Anglesey. The course runs through pine forest and along sandy trails onto Llanddwyn Island, with views across the Menai Strait to Eryri (Snowdonia). The event is a sister race to the Jones o Gymru Anglesey Half Marathon.

The event includes chip timing with live online results. On-course support is provided with marshals, signage, energy stations and support vehicles. The event village offers music, commentary, shopping, food, bag drop and toilets. There are family finishes and a bespoke finisher memento for participants.
