ANGEL RUN 5K: North Star, Ohio
The ANGEL RUN 5K is the 29th annual event remembering lost loved ones, held on July 26, 2026 at North Star Park, 90 North Star Rd, North Star, OH 45350. The course starts and finishes at North Star Park, east of town.
Event options include:
- 5K all ages with shirt
- 5K all ages without shirt
- Shirt only no race
Pre-entry prices are valid through July 10, 2026 and day of race fees apply after that date. Reported fees include pre-entry amounts of $20 with shirt, $10 without shirt, and $15 shirt only. Day of fees include $25 with shirt while supplies last, $15 without shirt, and a $1 children's fun run available only on race day.
The course is described as flat and scenic, organized as a down and back route with mile splits and water stops. Timing is by electronic chip. Awards include plaques for the top three male and top three female overall, and medals for the top three in each age category. Door prizes are donated by sponsors and require presence to win. Proceeds support a $1,000 Angel Run scholarship and donations to the North Star Fire Department and the North Star American Legion. Results are posted after the race.
