The ...And the Beat Goes On is a 5K race event on February 21, 2026 in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Logistics and awards
Reported entry fees are $35 for the 5K Walk/Run (reduced to $25 for ages 1-18), $25 for the Bare-Bones 5K, and $39.95 for the Virtual 5K. The Virtual option is open to ages 10 to 99. Race day shirts, goodie bags, finisher medals and placement medals are planned; only 300 finisher medals are available and shirts are not guaranteed for late registrants. Reduced-fee and discount options are listed, including a no-shirt option and youth pricing; discounts for military, first responders and health care workers are noted via the event contact process. Placement awards will be given male/female in age brackets from 10-14 through 80 plus, plus overall male/female awards. Packet pickup is at Fleet Feet Port Saint Lucie (11586 SW Village Parkway) on Feb 20 from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm, with additional pickup at the race location on Feb 21.
