Anadel Speaks Hope In Motion 5K
Anadel Speaks presents an in-person and a virtual 5K to support the foundation's work with children who have experienced sexual abuse. The in-person event takes place at Bachman Lake Park, 3500 W. Northwest Hwy, Dallas, TX 75220, with the start and finish located near the Historic Lakeside Pavilion. The park features a paved trail of about 3 to 3.5 miles circling a 205-acre lake and shoreline scenery.
Pre-race packet pickup is scheduled for Thursday, September 10, 2026, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Luke's Locker, 3046 Mockingbird Ln. On race day there is a reserved packet pickup option for participants who did not pick up packets earlier. After the event there are vendor exhibits, music, and activities for children.
The event lists the following options:
- 5K in-person at Bachman Lake Park
- 5K virtual with a race window in early September 2026
Registration opens April 9, 2026. Fees stated in event materials are $35 for the in-person 5K and $45 for the virtual 5K. The virtual entry includes a printable race bib and a digital certificate of completion. Event descriptions note awards by overall place and age group and a group award for ten or more participants.
