Amos Herr 5K Honey Run (2026)
The Amos Herr 5K Honey Run is a community running event at Amos Herr Park in Landisville on August 22, 2026. The event includes a main 5K and a separate Kids' Fun Run with short distances for younger participants.

Online registration closes on August 15, 2026. Day of registration is available only after that date and is accepted by cash or check. The registration deadline to guarantee a t-shirt is August 1, 2026. Published fees list early 5K registration at $25, day of 5K registration at $30, and Kids' Fun Run registration at $15.
Awards include a Honey Bear trophy for overall male and female 5K winners and 1st through 3rd place awards for age group winners. The 5K age groups span from 14 and under through 70 and over. In the Kids' Fun Run all participants receive ribbons and age group winners receive 1st through 3rd place medals.
Event sponsors are noted as Dutch Gold Honey and Sardina Dental Group for the kids run. Proceeds support Hempfield recCenter’s Everyone Belongs campaign and the restoration of the Herr Homestead. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
