Amityville PBA 5K
The Amityville PBA 5K is an athletic event held at James A. Caples Memorial Park in Amityville, New York. The event serves as a fundraiser to support the family of Officer Espinosa. The event takes place on a rain or shine basis.
Participants have the option to register for the following distance:

Individuals may enter as solo participants or form a group by joining or creating a team with friends and family. Registration fees are used to cover race expenses and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Participants who sign up at least three weeks before the scheduled race date receive a personalized bib with their name printed on it.
The event includes various amenities for registered participants. These consist of live results provided via text or email, as well as free finish line photos and video. T-shirts are available in sizes Small through XL, although specific sizes are not guaranteed.
Awards are presented in the form of medals to the top male and female finishers in several age categories. These categories include 18 and under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
