Alton Ten
The Alton Ten is a 10 miles (16 km) road race held in and around Alton, Hampshire. The route is an undulating circuit through countryside and village lanes that finishes back at Eggar's School on London Road, Holybourne, GU34 4EQ. The next scheduled edition takes place on 10 May 2026.
Entry fees vary by date: an early bird price applies before 2 March and a standard price thereafter. A booking fee is added to all entries. The event operates a generous cut off time of two and a half hours. Participants must be aged 17 or older on race day. Late entries are not accepted on the day and registration must be completed in advance.
Facilities at Race HQ include toilets, limited changing and shower space, a supervised bag drop area, and pre race refreshments near the start. The event holds a UKA licence and a recorded course number. Dogs, wheeled vehicles and accompaniment by bicycles are prohibited, and the course is not wheelchair accessible. Full results are posted after the race.
Awards include a finisher medal for all finishers, overall trophies for the top three male and female finishers, and prizes for a range of age categories.
