Alton Ten
Alton Ten is a road race scheduled for 10 May 2026 with Race HQ at Egggar's School, London Road, Alton, GU34 4EQ. The route is a scenic, undulating circuit through Hampshire countryside and village lanes, covering 10 miles (16 km) and finishing back at the school. The venue is at the eastern end of Alton on the main road towards the A31.
Entry fees vary by date: early bird entries before 2 March are £21 (£19 for UKA affiliated members) and standard entries on or after 2 March are £23 (£21 for UKA affiliated members). An additional booking fee applies to all entries. The published cut off time for the race is 2 hours 30 minutes. Participants must be aged 17 or older on race day.
Facilities at Race HQ include toilets, limited changing and shower facilities, a supervised bag drop area, and pre-race refreshments near the start. The event carries UKA Licence No. 3048 and Course No. 23/085. The race is not wheelchair accessible and no dogs, wheeled vehicles, or bicycles are permitted on the course. Late entries are not accepted on race day; advance registration is required.
Full results will be posted as soon as possible after the race. All finishers receive a medal. Trophies are awarded to the first three male and female finishers overall, with additional prizes for category winners across the published male and female age groups.
