Registration benefits include a t-shirt for the first 150 registrants, a medal, music, donated food and an abundant supply of water and sports drinks. Awards are given to the top three overall runners in the 10K and 5K. First place medals are awarded to male and female winners in age categories 10-15 years, 16-19 years, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s.
