Alternatives Inc. Dignity Dash
The Alternatives Inc. Dignity Dash takes place on Sunday September 6, 2026 at Duke Island Park in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The event supports Alternatives, Inc., a provider of services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

The 10k and 5k are USATF sanctioned and timed races and are part of a Grand Prix series. The course is described as flat and fast with ample shade and water stations along the route. The Dash begins near the park playground.
