Alternatives Inc. Dignity Dash
The Dignity Dash takes place on Sunday, September 6, 2026, at Duke Island Park - Parking Lot C, 191 Old York Rd, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. A free Kids Dash is offered for children under 10. Awards and medals are given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd overall, plus 1st place men and women per age category; a medal ceremony follows result tabulation. On-course water stations, food and beverage options, morning music, and T-shirts for the first 150 sign-ups are noted. The 10K and 5K appear as USATF 500 point Grand Prix events.
