Alternatives Inc. Dignity Dash

Alternatives, Inc. Dignity Dash takes place at Duke Island Park in Bridgewater, NJ (Parking Lot C, 191 Old York Rd, 08807). The event offers a 10K, 5K, Fun Walk, and a free Kids Dash.

The flat, fast, shaded courses are USATF-sanctioned and part of the USATF Grand Prix, with a family-friendly atmosphere featuring music, ample water and beverages, and course water stations. The day ends with a medal ceremony once results are tabulated. Perks include shirt giveaways for the first 150 signups, early-bird pricing through August 1, and multiple awards for top overall and age-group finishers.
