The Alston Gala Fell Race takes place on Saturday 27 June 2026 at Alston Playing Field, CA9 3HY, in the North Pennines, England. The event marks the Alston Gala 50th anniversary and celebrates the return of this fell race from the playing field to Park Fell and back. All entry fees go to the local mountain rescue team, who will be marshalling the course.

The course distance is 6.2 km (3.9 miles) with a climb of 211 m (692 ft). The start line is at the north end of the playing field. Category is listed as CS and skills as PM.
Entries open on 1 January 2026 at 12:00 and close on 26 June 2026 at 12:00. Entry fees are FRA member £3.00 and non-member £5.00. The minimum age is 18 years on the event date. Entry on the day is allowed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
