8th Annual ALS Run for Hope 5K
The 8th Annual ALS Run for Hope 5K takes place on May 17, 2026 at Norristown Farm Park in Norristown, Pennsylvania. The event raises funds to support the clinical, research, and educational efforts of the ALS Hope Foundation, including support for the MDA/ALS Center of Hope at Temple Health and research at the Dr. Robert J. Sinnott Research Lab.
Event facilities are located at the pavilions by Parking Lot #3. Access via West Germantown Pike is noted for easier parking. Registration is open from January 1, 2026 through May 16, 2026; the registration fee is $25.00.
Amenities listed for participants include a scenic course through Norristown Farm Park, a performance t-shirt, bottled water, and snacks. The race will be professionally timed by the Bryn Mawr Racing Co. Results will be posted by the event timer. Awards are planned for the top male and female in each age group, the top individual fundraiser, and the top team fundraiser.
