The Allan Scally Road Relay Race 2026 is a team road relay held at Glasgow Green, with Race HQ at Glasgow Green Football Centre, 28 King’s Drive, Glasgow G40 1HB. The event includes the Scottish Students Road Relay Championships and uses an AUKCM certified IAAF-measured, traffic-free course. Entries opened 1 October.
Race format and entry rules
The event is a 4 x 5 km relay. Teams consist of four runners; mixed teams (two females and two males) are permitted. Competitors must be 15 years old or older on 31/8/2025. Pre-entry cost is £44 per four-person team, which includes a Green Tax; an optional £1 donation to Athletics Trust Scotland is available. The closing date is to be confirmed. Team managers can register one or multiple teams and will later be asked to add individual participant names.
Team categories
Teams may enter as Club (affiliated with Scottish Athletics, England Athletics, Welsh Athletics, or Athletics Northern Ireland), Community (Jog Scotland, parkrun groups, or non-affiliated clubs), Corporate, or Non-Binary. Universities should declare as a Club; non-affiliated athletic clubs should choose Community.
Facilities and course information
Parking is available in surrounding areas at Glasgow Green; parking at the Football Centre is not permitted. Toilets will be located near the start and finish; limited toilet facilities will be available in the football centre. No showers are available on site. A course measurement certificate is recorded for the event.

Cash prizes are listed for team places, masters categories, mixed teams, community teams, non-binary teams, and corporate teams. There are bonuses for fastest laps and course record achievements.
