All-Out Spring Fever
All-Out Multicourse stages the 15th Annual Spring Fever on 03/21/2027 at 19500 W 64th Pkwy, Golden, Colorado. The event takes place near Table Mountain and the Colorado foothills and is accessible from nearby highways. It benefits People and Pollinators Action Network and features the event mascot Buzzby.

Course and on-course services are described by distance. The half marathon starts at the NAAC parking lot, runs east along the W 64th Pkwy sidewalk, north beside Virgil Way, includes a 7-mile out-and-back on the Ralston Creek Trail, and finishes after a counter-clockwise loop around Blunn Reservoir. There are eight aid stations and three toilets on the half marathon route.
The 10K also starts at the NAAC parking lot, follows the south-side sidewalk of W 64th Pkwy and the path beside Virgil Way, then completes a counter-clockwise loop around Blunn Reservoir. That route includes three aid stations and one toilet.
The 5K begins at the NAAC parking lot, goes east to the first underpass and onto the Ralston Creek Trail, runs northwest with Blunn Reservoir on the right, turns at 1.55 miles, and returns on the same out-and-back course. Two fueling opportunities are provided.
Virtual entries receive event swag and a distance medal shipped the week after the event, remain eligible for series finisher awards and alumni brag tags, and receive distance and modified placement credit toward the Run Amok Championship.
