Event overview
The All-Out Dog Days is the 14th annual running event set for Saturday, July 11, 2026, in Westminster, Colorado. The event offers in-person and virtual options and includes dedicated dog divisions for each distance. It is held along Big Dry Creek Trail, in a location described as convenient to both Denver and Boulder.
Distances
- Half Marathon (in-person and virtual)
- 10K (in-person and virtual)
- 5K (in-person and virtual)
Course and dog information
The courses follow the Big Dry Creek Trail and run northeast, with views of the Flatirons reported on the horizon. The trail contains a generous amount of soft surface, especially on the 10K and half marathon routes. Each distance has a separate dog division; the first three finishing dogs in each distance receive a medal, award, and prize. Dogs must be registered on the morning of the event. The event also includes a dog-themed costume contest.
Charity and qualifying status
Proceeds benefit Lifeline Puppy Rescue, a no-kill organization that rescues puppies and mother dogs in the Rocky Mountain region. Participants can meet some puppies at the event after the run. The event is an official BOLDERBoulder qualifier and finishing times may be used to qualify for the 2027 BOLDERBoulder waves. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
