All 4 Her 5K

Milton Community Resource Centre (MCRC) presents All 4 Her 5K on June 13, 2026 at Milton Community Sports Park. The event, in its seventh year, is a community fundraiser that offers several participation options and a morning of family activities. Event features include a 5K run, a Kids Dash and a 2.5K community and family walk. The day also includes family activities, games, vendors, music and participant prizes.

The fundraising goal is $25,000 to support MCRC's She Can! programs. These free empowerment programs serve girls and gender diverse youth facing challenges related to mental health, bullying, body image, confidence and self esteem. In 2025 She Can! delivered 69 programs and supported 860 young participants across Halton. Prizes will be awarded for top individual fundraiser, top fundraising team based on the total of the top 10 fundraisers on a team, and most creative team.
