All 4 Her 5K : Milton Community Resource Centre
All 4 Her 5K is a fundraiser presented by the Milton Community Resource Centre at Milton Community Sports Park on June 13, 2026. The event takes place in the morning and offers several participation options for families and the local community.

- 5K run
- Kids Dash
- 2.5K community and family walk
The morning includes family activities, games, vendors, music and participant prizes. Specific awards will be given for top individual fundraiser, top fundraising team based on the top ten fundraisers from each team, and most creative team name and outfits on the day.
The 2026 fundraising goal is $25,000 to support MCRC’s She Can! programs. These free empowerment programs address mental health, bullying, body image, confidence and self esteem for girls and gender diverse youth. In 2025 She Can! delivered 69 programs and reached 860 young participants across Halton.
