Alhambra Pumpkin Run 2026
The Alhambra Pumpkin Run takes place in Downtown Alhambra on October 25, 2026. The event combines road races with a Halloween festival and benefits the Alhambra Educational Foundation.
Race offerings include:
- 10K
- 5K
- 1K Kids Run (ages 6-10)
- Kiddie Fun Run : 1/2 K (ages 4-5)
Runners receive a commemorative 2026 t-shirt, a custom finisher's medal, a bib with timing chip, and a sponsored tote bag for 10K, 5K and 1K finishers. Chip timing is provided for the 10K and 5K; the 1K is not chip timed. Photographers will provide free event photos after the race. A free alcoholic or nonalcoholic drink is available for finishers depending on age. Prizes for top finishers will be awarded.
Packet pickup is scheduled for the day before the event at Alhambra High School Cafeteria. Registration opened July 4, 2026 and closes September 20, 2026; published entry fees vary by race.
The festival features live entertainment, a band, dance performances, a DJ, a certified farmers market, a kids costume contest, a kids zone with a pumpkin patch and carnival games, and a beer garden. Routes for each race run along Main Street and nearby streets; the 10K is two loops of the 5K course. The event is held rain or shine.
