Alhambra Pumpkin Run 2026
The Alhambra Pumpkin Run is a community running event and outdoor festival in downtown Alhambra on October 25, 2026. Proceeds benefit the Alhambra Educational Foundation. The event offers multiple distances and family-focused activities.

Runners receive a commemorative 2026 Pumpkin Run t-shirt, a custom finisher’s medal after the 10K and 5K, a runner’s bib with timing chip, and a sponsored tote bag for 10K, 5K and 1K finishers. Chip timing is provided for the 10K and 5K; 1K is excluded from chip timing. Extras include festival entertainment, a farmers market, a kids costume contest, a Kids Zone with pumpkin patch and games, a beer garden, free photos after the event, and sponsor giveaways.
Routes: the 10K is two loops of the 5K route. The 5K follows Main Street with turns at 6th Street, Garfield and El Molino. The 1K and Kiddie Fun Run use short turnaround loops guided by a police bike and finish at 2nd Street.
Age and safety: children aged 6 and up may enter the 5K and 10K as paid participants. All participants 12 and under must be accompanied by a registered adult for the entire race. Children 5 and younger may run or be pushed in strollers without registration.
Packet pickup is Saturday, October 24 at Alhambra High School Cafeteria from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The event is held rain or shine. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
