Event overview
The 2026 Alamo Beer Challenge Race 1 of 4, "Remember the Alamo...Beer!", is scheduled for August 8, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas. Registration, awards and policies
Registration includes in-person and virtual options. Virtual runners may request mailed packets for a fee; current mailing charge is $12 per packet. Entry fees are listed per distance and vary by registration period. Participants aged 16 and younger, and those 70 and older, receive a 50% automatic discount; additional discount codes must not be used. There are no refunds. Transfer fees apply if entries are changed shortly before the race; no transfers after race day.
Awards include first overall male and female, overall masters male and female, and age-group awards based on chip time, with placements awarded through fourth place. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
