Course and location

Both races follow Ohio Drive SW around Hains Point in East Potomac Park. The 10 Miler is a double out-and-back route described as inside the gate to inside the gate around Hains Point. The starting line is on Ohio Drive SW near the eastern gate to East Potomac Park, close to the golf range and facing the Washington Channel.

Logistics

Entry fee is listed as $10 per event. Registration closes on January 11, 2026. Check-in is available before the races and an awards presentation for overall winners is scheduled after the races. Driver directions note access from I-395 (take Exit 2 from I-395 North or use Ohio Drive from I-395 South). On-site parking is limited near the tennis courts on Buckeye Drive and along Ohio Drive and is first-come-first-serve. An alternative is Parking Lot B (National Park Service) on the Potomac side of the peninsula; if those lots are full, street parking is available further along Ohio Drive SW after the bridge.
