AirVenture Runway 5K

The AirVenture Runway 5K is a charity fun run and walk held on the grounds of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh. The course tours the AirVenture grounds and routes participants among displayed aircraft, offering a view of the event area from the runway and adjacent spaces. The organizers note a new course layout for this edition and marked signs and traffic cones direct participants to the check-in location.

Packet pickup is handled in the EAA Aviation Museum lobby during AirVenture. Free parking is available in J Lot on the morning of the event. Shower facilities are available on the AirVenture grounds and a gear check is provided for participants.

The event accepts volunteers for race operations and lists sponsors for awards and refreshments. Proceeds from this year benefit the Oshkosh Firefighters Charitable Trust.
