AdventHealth Girlz on Fire Sprint Triathlon & 5K
The AdventHealth Girlz on Fire Sprint Triathlon & 5K is an all-female multisport event held during Mother's Day weekend at Clermont Waterfront Park. The venue is located at the World Triathlon Destination in Clermont, Florida. The triathlon begins with a rectangular swim course in Lake Minneola, where water temperatures typically range between 82 and 84 degrees. The bike portion travels clockwise around Lake Minneola, while the run is an out-and-back course conducted on the South Lake Trail.
Participants receive several amenities, including a finisher medal, a t-shirt, and a finisher tiara. Awards are presented to the top three overall finishers, top masters, and the top three in five-year age divisions for the triathlon and 5 km events. The duathlon provides awards for the top five overall finishers, and the top three overall are recognized for Aquabike and Aquathlon categories. Relay teams are also eligible for overall awards.
