The KLA City of Newport Half Marathon takes place on 01 March 2026 in Newport, Wales. The race route runs through the heart of the City of Newport and the historic village of Caerleon, following sections of the river Usk pathways and passing through the city centre. The event is held to raise funds for St David’s Hospice Care; all proceeds are used to support hospice services.

The event is a half marathon distance of 13.1 miles. All finishers receive a bespoke medal and category prizes are awarded. Finisher t-shirts are optional at registration, with entrants able to decline a shirt and donate the cost to the hospice instead. The race is licensed under UK Athletics terms and includes the UKA restriction on in-ear headphones on single carriageway roads; bone-conduction devices may be acceptable depending on the organiser.
