The Summer GMU

The Summer Green Man Ultra (GMU) features two challenging distances: 30 miles and 45 miles, both set on the scenic Community Forest Path around Bristol. Participants can expect a clockwise route, with checkpoints providing food and drink along the way. All finishers receive a bespoke medal and a technical T-shirt, while those completing both the summer and winter 45-mile events in the same year earn a prestigious GMU buckle.
