The Summer GMU

The Summer Green Man Ultra (GMU) features two challenging distances: 30 miles and 45 miles, both set on the scenic Community Forest Path around Bristol. Participants will experience a clockwise course, with checkpoints providing essential support throughout the race. All finishers receive a bespoke medal and a technical T-shirt, while those completing both the summer and winter 45-mile events in the same year can earn a prestigious GMU buckle.
