24th Annual Adams Realtors Run for the Park 5K
The event is the 24th edition of the Adams Realtors Run for the Park 5K, held in the Grant Park neighborhood of Atlanta as part of the Summer Shade Festival. The venue is Grant Park / Zoo Atlanta at 800 Cherokee Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30315. The event raises funds to support the Grant Park Conservancy.
Race activities include a 5K Run/Walk, a Kid's Tot Trot, and a Virtual 5K Run/Walk. A guided stretch, a national anthem, a kids race, and an awards ceremony are part of the race day program. RaceJoy is provided for live GPS tracking, GPS progress alerts, send-a-cheer audio messages, and virtual results for virtual participants; runners must carry their phones and activate tracking to use these features.
Parking options near the venue include the paid Zoo parking lot/deck and nearby street parking. A free bike valet sponsored by Northside Hospital and provided by Two Wheel Valet is located at the Milledge Fountain and is available for participants and spectators during the festival.
