Event Overview

The Across Florida 200 is a 200-mile point-to-point endurance trail run across the state of Florida. The course uses a mix of trail types, including approximately 110 miles of the Florida Trail, 10 miles of state park trails, 40 miles of dirt roads, 20 miles of a Rails to Trails path, and 20 miles of country roads.

Course Details

The route begins at the west end of the Withlacoochee Bay Trail. It proceeds along the Withlacoochee Bay Trail to Lake Rousseau, then follows power-line trails before connecting to the Florida Trail. The course travels through the Cross Florida Greenway and the rolling hills of the Ocala National Forest. After reaching Palatka, the final segment includes Rails to Trails and roads to the finish at the St. Augustine Beach Pier. The total time limit is 96 hours.

Event Support

The event provides GPS trackers for live tracking, optional shuttle service from St. Augustine to the start, and GPX course files. There are stocked aid stations. Registered participants receive a race T-shirt. Finishers are awarded a large belt buckle. Cash prizes are awarded to the fastest male and female runners.

Participant Rules

The event must be completed solo within the 96-hour cutoff. Participants must carry an assigned GPS tracker for the entire race. Pacers are permitted from Aid Station #6 to the finish, and in some sections, pacers may use bicycles. Trekking poles are allowed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
