Aces & Paces Poker Run 5K at Cohesion Brewing

Aces & Paces Poker Run 5K is a casual, untimed run that starts and ends at Cohesion Brewing in Denver on June 14, 2026. The event follows a route through the surrounding neighborhood and is marked with arrows and staffed volunteers. Roads will remain open and participants are responsible for obeying traffic laws.

Participants visit five checkpoints along the course and draw one random playing card at each stop. Cards must be kept for the duration of the run; lost cards cannot be replaced. After completing the course, runners turn in their five card hand for evaluation and prizes are awarded to the top hands according to standard poker rankings.

All participants receive one free local craft brew or a nonalcoholic beverage at the finish and can choose a collector’s pint glass or a seasonal swag item. The event includes live music, games, vendor merchandise, and Brewery Running Series items for sale. Dogs and strollers are permitted on the course with caution. There is no bag check. A valid ID is required to consume alcohol; underage participants receive a token for a nonalcoholic beverage.
