Luz y Vida 5k 10k 15k Half Marathon - Riverside
The event is held on November 1, 2026 at Ryan Bonaminio Park in Riverside and honors Dia de los Muertos. It offers multiple race distances on an open, shared-path course consisting of marked out-and-back loops.
Distances offered:
- 5k out-and-back
- 10k two 5k loops
- 15k three 5k loops
- Half marathon three 4.36 mile loops
An aid station is located at the turnaround near the start/finish and supplies water cups, water bottles, Gatorade cups, and Gu gels. Park restrooms are 200–300 meters (about a five minute walk) from the start/finish area and are the only restrooms on the course. Participants may not run with dogs; running or walking with a stroller is allowed. The half marathon has a 3 hour 15 minute time limit; an early start may be available on request.
Included with registration are custom finisher medals, drawstring goodie bags, free photos and videos linked to bib numbers, live finish results, age group awards (picked up at the race only), an event app to track races, and an assortment of snacks and samples.
