Reindeer Run GP - Los Angeles
This event takes place on December 19, 2026 at Griffith Park Merry Go Round Lot One, 4730 Crystal Springs Dr., Los Angeles, CA 90027. The course uses grass start and finish areas near picnic tables between the Merry Go Round and the corner of Crystal Springs Drive and Fire Road. Parking is available in the large lot near the Merry Go Round with entry from Crystal Springs Drive and Fire Road.
Distances offered:
- 5 km out-and-back route
- 10 km two 5 km loops
- 15 km three 5 km loops
- Half marathon three 4.36 mile loops
Amenities listed for participants include custom finisher medals for all finishers, drawstring goodie bags, free photos and videos, and an assortment of snacks and samples. Results and official times are posted on the organizer's website, typically within 12 to 24 hours after the event. Pacers and crew are welcome. Running or walking with a stroller is allowed. The half marathon has a 3 hour 15 minute time limit; earlier starts may be arranged with the organizer. Group discounts are available for groups of five or more.
